Cancellation and Refund Policy

In booking a place you agree to be bound by the cancellation policy. If delegates are unable to attend the event, cancellations received in writing by (letter or email to the Philanthropy Centre) 28 days before the event will receive a refund of the amount paid minus £50.00 administration charge per delegate. There will be no refunds for cancellations received after 28 days before the event. Substitutions can be made at any time at no extra cost.
